To the guy above me who mentioned that site PR is 'irrelevant', today I found one of my site hit PR 3 from "ONLY" site PR links, not PR page links. While it took a lot of sites to do this, it can be done. The quickest way to a PR 3 is to just get a few homepage PR 4-5 links, simple.
