Through a third party like youtube you might be ok, but I wouldn't run a site solely dedicated to providing copyright content (note that I said 'providing', this would include linking as well as hosting). Just do a google search for "tv links uk arrest" it's not a position you want to be in.

How do you know what to look / avoid being ripped off? Like when someone says they have a "turn key site" it kind of puts me off, if it was really on autopilot why would they be selling it...
