Generally, Akismet bans Domains OR IPs. It also abns either temporarily or permanently. If you're still banned in, lets say 48h, then you need to avoid Akismet.

Does one of your VCCs work with oDesk verification? They will charge 10$ once and then send it back onto your CC after a few days, then you're verified. Is there an appropiate VCC for this?
