I'm trying to register a .ua domain without owning the trademark. Does anyone know of a registrar that does offers.ua and also doesn't require the trademark?

Assumptions:
1. all things being equal, ie same backlink profile, no spam history, archived content restored to both, etc.
2. that an unexpired domain bought at auction will inherit more authority from it's age than an expired domain.
Anyone with enough experience with domains bought both ways...

With js enabled they CAN see your MAC address. Not the first thing that will flag you, and tedious to do between every account so I don't bother - it would be easier to just switch to another computer - or open in vmware.
