From my experience, the key is to use proper conversion tracking and then segment performance by device inside the ad platform, so you can shift budget toward what actually converts best.
I think your ad’s audience targeting isn’t right, or your landing page isn’t effective. If people are clicking your ads but not converting, it could be that they don’t like your offer, or the keywords you’re using don’t match your product.
I’m not running anything extreme, but Google still limits delivery or suspends accounts out of nowhere. Same pages worked before, now they don’t.
Feels like review behavior changed more than policies.

Sometimes it feels like historical account performance matters more than the individual ad. Older accounts with clean activity usually outrank newbies.
