I think, If you can adjust and resolve Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) of your website, the speed will be improved. On my case, I usually use Kadence Theme which have low Cumulative Layout Shift and speed is automatically good.

Hi, Guest posts are most effective way of backlinks if we have right and safe strategy. It also depends on the websites where we distribute those posts. The websites should be relevant, have less Outbound Links, high quality referring domains. Also anchor text distribution should be done carefully.

I think manual outreach is better because we have direct contact with the admin/editorial team and in future if we want any changes in the anchor text/link, we may directly contact them. However, on marketplace there is less possibility to do that.

I think, it depends on which topic your are ranking for. On my case, most of time the results appear within a week. Sometime, it takes more than 2 weeks if changes are at wider range.

I think, it will not affect crawling and indexing.
