No chargebacks have been very minimal. I focus on reliable suppliers and clear delivery timelines to avoid issues. Most of the items are mid-ticket not usually $500+ which helps keep risk low

This issue has been happening to new sellers for years especially when linking Payoneer during onboarding. It’s usually not related to the billing address at all eBay’s system just rejects certain virtual fintech cards.
