Honestly if you're making videos in a certain niche that already has alot of content, you can take inspiration from content that already has gone viral and try to recreate it by addng your touch to it. If you're trying to create absolutely original content then use trending sounds and a strong hook

If you posted the same link again from the new account then it's likely that subreddit does not allow links to be posted at all. It's better to just drop the name of whatever site you're trying to share. Also take a break before posting from the new account
