How do you "cloak" a creative? I know that cloaking a landing consist on putting cloaking code inside the files and redirecting the users or bots depending on the cloaking configuration But how do "cloak a creative"?

I understand about the cloaked landings and all. But for example, I get creatives like that just Rejected by Facebook even BEFORE the ad gets live. So, the question is, how is some people able to make a ad with that creative approved, and I use the same one and get rejected?
