Another link to my website is a meta refresh redirect.
I'm still not sure whether these are worth anything. If Google at least follows them then at least they may count for ip diversity? :p
I just made a backlink to my website from a website with good authority, however the backlink redirects to my website in the form of site.com/externalRedirect/?url=mysite.com Does this type of link pass any linkjuice?

I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but can all the bookmark sites be used to link to non-English sites as well? If so, is it advised to write the bookmark descriptions and titles in English or is a foreign language accepted as well?
If you feel confident enough you could get a xrumer blast to all your links, but if you're not than it's better not to risk it since you're working for a customer.
