I know of somebody the same thing happened. Just remove the images imediatly. It should be fine. Thats what my friend did. Nothing else became of it.

I don't update everyday. Your post get piled with out any recognition. 2 - 3 blog post a week is great. I spend more focus on writing quality post. Keyword enriched post (title, heading, post content including the same keyword). Google will crawl your site more frequently and you will get more...
