It seems like you have the monetization down. Your CR is quite good for PPD, so you just gotta keep spamming. If you sit down for a few hours a day, and just get your site out there, you'll be getting closer and closer to $100/day and hit it within weeks if you're good at making your videos stick.

Try calling them or emailing the owners personally. They may have marked you as paid accidentally and whoevers doing payments is just ignoring your emails.
