I've been using strongvpn. They have lots of servers and options, including encryption up to 2048 bit! I have had some problems with maintaining a long term connection, but I have no way of knowing if its the vpn or my isp.

I've been looking into using Yet Another Proxy Hunter (YAPH) in conjunction with Proxychains to scan / hunt for open http proxy servers. However, I noticed that most of the information on this program is usually 5-6 years old. Does anyone know of a better proxy hunter / scanner?
