My question is that if, for example, we take manga.com and basically do everything to make it a proper working site and get it indexed, and then, for example, we take manga.co.uk, manga.org, or manga.net and basically do the same, it gets built up. Would there be any difference? Would the .com...

So do you think if a new website went up and only the main page was indexed, e.g., requested, and no sitemap was given, which would mean Google needs to crawl it by itself, the likelihood of the site getting flagged and removed from indexing would be lower? or would I need to remove the content...

hmm, makes sense but is that because the site is new and the older it is or better DA it has the more you you can post and it wont think that its spam, as it would mean that websites like reddit or other user generated content that gets indexed would negatively impact the website if there's too...
