I think its okay, i have 2 domains that shared same host. One domain( which gives link to my main domain) curently usiing sb blast, but i never use it to my main domain. I do manual commenting for my main domain, and its okay i think. But if you r not sure, just use different host for that

There is no such an easy way, content is seo vital part. We cant expect from a wild card since search engine alogarithm like google always surprise us, as ppl know, buyer will come back if you give best service/content.
