What you want is freelancing. Try Upwork, get some reviews and decide yourself when you want to work. First however you will be working a bit to get first clients, then you have more freedom.

No you cannot. I have yet to see a person making 5k with that platform. Give Upwork a try instead and search for clients there. Edit: You make sales through Fiverr already? Also use Upwork then. You need more than Fiverr, if they cannot give enough

I agree, it will not be good. Many experts here don't even make money with it. Internet money with methods have become difficult and it will be more difficult each year, especially with people like Andrew Tate who interduce a bunch more people to IM.

I will summarize. You need skill or investment money, ideally both. It is hard, but how it is.
