I think its almost always v low quality. I would gestate that running targetted campaigns would be more fiscally responsible otherwise.

There is a BIG price disrepancy between the proxies on the marketplace(for whatever reason). A couple of the sites listed have generous discounts that arent listed on here too so make sure to shop around. Frequent aff. marketers should find them much for affordable than residentials imo.
