Getting indexed quickly (within 1-2 hours) - I think it is a risky path. Try using google search console and index a few posts daily. Lets see if anybody gives a good idea
If you're managing several websites, please use separate Google Webmaster accounts for each. It can provide clearer insights and organisation and who knows google may track all the site together as the same owner.
Using the same keywords across several PBNs can boost relevance and authority and at the same time can give you a penalty if your anchor text ratio is messed up.
I would say a big NO for this. There are many anchor variations to push the main keywords.
