So you're saying, for people doing CPA or PPD, they need to use different domain for each video they upload? Keeping in mind that they mostly upload more than 5-10 videos per channel, that could mean a lot of LPs.

$200 is nothing. I got scammed for $3000 :D OP, as many people have told you, Paypal generally rules unauthorized chargebacks in the favor of the buyer. They have to cover their ass. I hope you'll get the money though. All the best.
