they do more harm than good. youtube will be recommending your videos to bots who view videos in every niche, confusing the algo on who to promote your videos to go legit. leave panels behind. youtube is SMART

I would try a new channel and start fresh. Old videos if they arent related to what you're trying to post now is probably throwing algorithm off. start with low expectations and build consistency on new channel. youtube will pick up your content when you prove worthy to promote. do NOT buy any views
