Not sure what DSPs you're using and what level of transparency / control they giving, but in-app is not ASO/ASA and it could be tricky. I would rather suggest to run your app with classic display (websites) - pops or push, getting good amount of installs and then trigger UE towards your goals

Maybe they found something restricted within LP offers? Maybe trafficback of extra monetization that LP are using is against Clickadilla's ad policy (a lost of stuff could be)

If you're taking those dating offers from network, you should encounter the fact that they are already being advertised by dozens lads like you and (which is most likely), by the offers owners themselves in the same sources you're trying to buy traffic from. Best practices you can apply are a)...

every network do this, simply bcz they need to pay their pubs and in most of the cases it's net3-5 terms.
