I use the ffmpeg-python library, and various ffmpeg filters, like hflip. Not hard to do to be honest.

Don't ever upload using your computer. I personnally never touch my computer because all uploads will be kept at 0 views which is logical : TikTok wants to prevent spammers and it is easy to automate uploading using your pc. Using desktop I always got 0 views. Using mobile same type of videos...
