I'm thinking of starting some video marketing, downloading vids and re-uploading them with my watermark and link in description which goes to a double meta-refresh to my aff link. I was wandering, don't affiliate networks get suspicous if they see loads of leads comming from no referrers...

I'm thinking of using tubemogul.com for distributing videos among the various video networks, but was wandering, because it's free do they watermark your video or add a link back in the description?
