Of all the indexers I tried so far, this one worked just fine. Give it a try. The only issue is about Telegram. But they have an API where you can do everything programmatically even generate invoices. I never tested their API though, just used Telegram.

Flippa with all its issues has the biggest audience comparing to the competitors. I started using it a while ago and still no real competition is out there.

It's most probably caused by a web server configuration mistake. - Check your web server error logs. - Check recommendations for configuring nginx or Apache, or whatever web server software you use on how to configure Laravel with it.
