No and no. I got the suspension by trying to add PayPal twice. The First time PayPal didn't get added to my account, so I went through the process again. Seconds after completing the process again I got the suspension email. When setting up the account I used the same address as my first account...

I tried adding PayPal after verification and I still got the suspension. At this point I may just give Microsoft the finger and move on...

Update: I managed to get my new account all setup and verified. I ran into issues when I tried to add PayPal as my payment method. I went through the correct procedure to link PayPal to my my Microsoft account. Unfortunately, my PayPal account was not showing up as a payment method after adding...

Maybe you can pay someone to run your Microsoft ads. I'm assuming it wouldn't be that much.

According to PageSpeed Insights, my product page is scoring 68 for mobile and 98-100 for desktop. Now is 68 a really bad mobile score for a Shopify store? What would be the easiest and most cost effective way to raise my mobile score? I plan to use paid traffic to promote the product page.

It looks like my best and cheapest option is to get a prepaid phone. The phone is around $100 and the monthly fee will be $15. A home phone is way more expensive. I'm going to just get a separate prepaid cell phone.
