What market are you in and who is your target client? I can give you some tips on getting free and super cheap leads that convert. Can’t have your electricity getting shut off.

I crush it with GMB listings. Can’t beat free leads. And if you’re an agent, I would try to avoid “selling” the leads when you get referrals for listings instead. Way more lucrative.
