Hey, I currently own a channel with around 4k in ad revenue that has not been paid out yet. The channel is not currently YPP accepted and I just submitted my application. Will this money be available to be paid out to me if I get accepted?

I'm not an expert at YouTube in the slightest, so take my words with a grain of salt. But you could try a second channel with shorts where you post shorts and promote your main channel in most, if not all, videos uploaded.

Hiya! I've been trying shorts aswell, I've been hitting 5-6k views per first 4 shorts I upload on a brand new channel, However when I publish shorts at the same time the next day on the same channel, it only gets 2-3 views at most? Do you happen to know why that is?

I plan to use Shorts to blow a channel up and then promote my main channel, however, I've been posting Shorts at the hours which have shown me the best results, Getting a good 20-30k views every time I do that on a new channel, but whenever I upload shorts at the same time on my other shorts...
