Mate any server can easily send 5000 emails, but the question is where those mails are going. Are they going to hit any box? I don’t think so. Spamming high volume of emails from one SMTP will blacklist your domain and ip also. Sending maximum of 400 - 500 emails per one SMTP is what I recommend...

Post the thread in JV and they will contact you for sure. The best thing is to tell them everything about your traffic source. No need to hide anything from your manager because you are business partners, not competitors.

Mate, first, this thread certainly doesn’t belong in WhitehatSeo section. Maybe you should consider buying or downloading cracked version of email scraper. When you buy the list you don’t how old is it. Also, in 90% of the cases, those lists are spammed to death already. Noone is selling virgin...

Scrub the list and remove major traps like admin@domain and webmaster@domain if those subscribers are not yours. There are free and paid online cleaning checkers/ services and there are also desktop email verifiers for that purpose. Hope I helped a little bit.

You tried to send from one gmail account I suppose and there are certain limitations. How large is your email database?
