Try using microworkers or sproutgigs instead of using your own accounts. It costs a bit to do this but at least the posts and likes are genuine.

No - it had lots of aff links to a Clickbank nutra product and within 10 hrs the account was banned. Up to that point it was ranking on SERPS page 1. I suspect it may have been reported by competitors. This is a risk with parasites. I guess: not as easy to screw up a competitor's Wordpress post.
