So after i upload a new video, everytime the first 20 secs the video looks HQ , but after the "20 secs " it looks like the video is 480p with 20 fps, any tips? i dont know what is the problem , i researched this already and cant find anything that works, the videos I upload are 1080p with 60 fps...

the videos are super engaging, and yeah creating a new acc will not solve it, i tried this already. Also, it just happened randomly, and I thought the views are coming back, but they are not, im still stuck here at 0 views.
