I think some links I built back in the day are negatively affecting my rankings but I'm not sure. If i disavow these links and wait like a month or so to see what effect it will have and then remove the disavow list will the backlinks 'come back'? there are like 50 of them and lots of time and...

thats not the thing though. Say I have non penalised site A, which I redirect to website B. Can the old domain be still penalised which will then be transferred to my domain?
