Yes that would be interesting to do but as another member mentioned theres already a lot of real estate companies doing that in the US so I imagine there must be software available to allow 360 tours to be turnd into VR walkthroughs

I did some research on virtual tours and there are people that do them with a bunch of software available to make the virtual tours, and it's not to hard to make the tours it's basically just photography with special software. Of course to jump in you would need the equipment and real estate...
