Ubersuggest is a good alternative if you want something less expensive

I prefer SEMRush over Ahrefs but I actually use Ubersuggest over both of them because it's cheaper and they have some cool new features like an AI writer and keyword visualizaton tool. All just depends on what you're using the tools for.

I've had good luck with upwork when looking for a developer around $15p/hr or so. If you want even better quality you can use companies like Crossover or use linkedin and find people in Eastern Europe. Ukraine, Russia, Belarus & Poland tend to have the best talent in those regions

This is good advice. Just checked out flippa and a lot of the websites that are getting 2-3x annual profit are content websites monetizing through adsense and/or affiliate.
