I've been experiencing more stress than ever the last year's. What works for me is running. I'm no runner at all, so it doesn't take long time before I'm done. After that I feel calmer for quite a long time. Also, sleeping helps. If I get 6 hours of sleep instead of 2, my stress is lowered.
