it should be a static residential proxy, right? that way it doesn't rotate between ip addresses

Unfortunately, I can't change my ip by restarting my router and I can't set up a hotspot because of the limits set by my carrier. Do you know of any other way?

Sorry if I sound like a total newb. I recently bought a facebook account for advertising. I would use a proxy with multilogin to access the account. Recently, I've been getting an error that goes something like this "failed to connect to ip...". I'm pretty sure something is wrong with the proxy...
