Maximize your spend limit for the first week than expect your limit to increase. Other options is to rent or buy accounts with desired ad spend

I don't think Facebook does that. But please expect that they are stricter these times so you might wait longer for the approval or even have problems getting approved.

I believe that you should have submitted a written request to facebook prior running those kind of ads. Limitations and any additional conditions must also be communicated at the time of approval so t won't be disabled.
