Is it a reliable place? How long does it take for them to pay once you submit an article? And also, is there a lot of assignments available? - I want to make sure there is enough assignments to keep me busy.

I'm talking about clients as in places to sell your articles too.

Where do you get your clients? I'm having trouble finding clients that pay for articles.
