Yes it is. I'm ranking with one website for 2 keywords, first has about 3.9k monthly searches and second has over 22k. I'd say it's still possible to rank for 3 - 4 keywords as well but you'll need a content rich website for those keywords as well as on-site seo + anchor texts for the keywords...

Well 51 $ is kinda good, but the CTR is still pretty low. Is your site adsense optimized? 142k page visits and only 222 clicks? If you would force to click just 2k people you would be making muuuuch more. This site is a goldmine, you just need to work on it. And I recommend you to join some CPA...

Agreed. 0.15% is goddamn low. I hope you have some CPA offers there, or at least you're promoting some clickbank/amazon product or whatever on that site. (But from my personal experience, promoting clickbank product and having adsense at the same time isn't the best idea.)

That google translate idea is not a bad thing, if you're using it right. Most people make mistake when they are "spinning" their articles through google translate from English to Spanish and vice versa. But as far as I know, spanish is an Italic language and English is a Germanic language. So...
