Hi Nicole, as we believe there is certainly a point in continuing with push notifications. However, we see that tier 2 + 3 are much more profitable than tier 1. These are GEOs that are 'more untapped' so to speak. Let me know what you're experiencing at the moment, as there must be a reason...

Pop/push. Go for Pop if you want it cheap, go for Push if you want more targeting options.
