Lets say you register with your real info when buying domain names, then you change the whois and account information. If the company gets a request for your information from a lawyer, would they give out the info you have on your account at the time or they check and see the old real...

godaddy are DBs. take your money somewhere else and save yourself from any annoying issues later on. edit: nvm, you can transfer your domains but they're still DBs :)
