I have been dealing with this scam since the end of March. I didn't know about BHW back then and I needed a VCC to pay my Paypal subscription. I googled "paypal vcc" and paypalvbavcc.com was in the first page of search results. I contacted through live support and asked if a refund is possible...

I got my VCC through https://3no.us/cc website. I hope it's ok to give the address here, I tried to send a PM but I could not perhaps because my post count is low.

Update: I contacted the iCard support they told me I have to reside in a European country to use their services. Maybe this problem can be bypassed somehow through VPNs etc

Can I use iCard to create a VCC loaded with 200 usd, add it my Paypal account and then make a payment? I have a US paypal account BTW.
