Do people bid keywords on broad or exact? I'm getting a lot of impressions on broad, but barely any on exact. Hmm.. Am I doing anything wrong?

What do you mean by "broad modifier"? I do see broad, phrase, and exact options, but no broad modifier. Did you mean selecting exact, but in the settings page select to allow different tenses etc?

I'm not really familiar with PPC, but what is the purpose of masking? Is it simply to hide the ugly aff url, or is there a deeper reason to it like hiding against Bing? Edit: Is masking also against any TOS?
