it is as if after the crawl from GSC you are given the ranking you had before and after a new check is made by googlebot it lowers your ranking. I was thinking maybe it matters if the domain is registered with a company or a person?

Check again in 1 day, it will drop again. same for me.

On my side, the websites without any updates in the last 1 year has been increasing in ranking, the good ones with daily updates got a drop with -50%

Yes, i went from top 3 to nowhere, after manual crawl request on GSC i went to the same position, stay 1 day and again disappeared. Same move after few days with same results.
