It is not about milking the site. I regularly remove torrent links on DMCA requests. But this lawyer is another level of bullshit.

I am not from USA, so the lawsuit should not be a problem for me personally. Is there any way I could prevent the domain from being taken down? They have offered for a settlement, but only for trademark. What guarantee do I have that they wont file a lawsuit for something else again if I settle?
