I think you're misunderstanding the question being asked in this thread. The OP is asking if clickbank will ban your account for spamming. He doesn't have any ethical concerns with spamming he just wants to make sure his account won't get banned....

I would not recommend using a squeeze page. Google is actually banning accounts on adwords that are those "single-page" websites with the only function of selling a product without providing any useful information. Based on that assumption I'm sure google isn't going to rank your squeeze page...
