Not really. More so depends. Least your money in paypal isnt dropping by the day. It just sucks because the guy I outsource work to only takes crypto because he has been burned for thousands on chargebacks and lost disputes...

It is not clearly fraud brother. I have been working with them for a year now, they are graphic designers/animators who have been scammed multiple times by chargebacks.
