I have buying old blog domains, "reviving" them via archive.org scrapes and monetizing them. Just started, so no results yet.

I don't understand TTF much, but the site is niche focused and the backlinks are also related to the niche.

Well you can check to see if your site was blocked for adsense by running it through bannedcheck or another ban checking website.
That's a good question about flagging or corrupting an existing adsense account if adding it to a revived website. I guess if it did not have adsense before then...
