Haven't had success yet either, I think Google is baked. I'm having trouble with indexation on my legit established sites, so social profiles and web 2.0's are probably near impossible to get indexed quickly right now.

SEO itself is black hat since the purpose of any optimization is to influence your rankings, which is against Google's guidelines

You won't be able to tell if you're penalized by Google based on Ahrefs' metrics (check Search Console for that), but the ratio between the number of backlinks and referring domains is fine I'd say. Though DR 23 with 300 RD's looks a bit weak to me, I'd assume a lot of those backlinks are UR 10...

I've got the same errors on almost all of the accounts I have in my Search Console in the last few weeks, I'm pretty sure it's just Google that messed up something. I've requested manual verifications and all of them got accepted in 2-3 days without me changing anything.
