If you have country tld, it seems to be important to host the domain outside country if you don't want Google only to drive traffic from your own country.

Results from one of my domains was that every single backlink created by SB dissappeared .... site still seems to be indexed but very few SE visits. This could mean that Google has opened the door for blasting competitors down the drain with SB and Xrumer ?

Domain registration info is truly a good point here, but it still does not make much sense for Google to give that a very big effect, because so many businesses are international and in google webmaster setup, you can even specify US as the target market, so why should that info rank you high in...
