For this feature, you have to track the payment in your Patreon page and then store it in a database then you implementing the simple business logic of sell mean point substract point and Patreon buy mean add point

For being honest , i used this just for bitcoin and monero but it's a pain in the ass to implement the other like litecoin and dogecoin.if you need Ethereum and any erc-20 you should cheack Keagate but i never tried.

Instead of using only stripe maybe you can open account with same name but with different gateway, there's a open source app who can automatically switch payment gateway, I think it's hyperswitch if i remember correctly.
